Hi everyone, hey I swear by Vitamin D! I want to know if anyone else on here has seen results from it? I have noticed my aching and twitching have gone down to nearly nothing. I started Vitamin D about 1 1/2 years ago taking 2000IU. My doctor said to bump it up to 4,000IU which I have done and its helped a TON. Now I'm not saying this is a cure for BFS I just want to find out if Others have had the same results. Ashley

I have stomach and digestion issues so for me it really doesn't matter how much Vitamin D I take. I'm not going to absorb it. This has always been why I suspected my symptoms are better in the spring and summer. Once I am getting vitamin D naturally from the sun, I always just feel better.

Hey guys, The USRDA is 2000 IUs for Vitamin D now. They increased it. It's so good for you, and prevents things like breast cancer significantly.Luckily I live in a state where it's sunny 330 days a year. But, this time of year, it's hard to get enough Vitamin D from the sun since it's so low in the sky. The best way to get vitamin D is to go outside without sunscreen for 20 minutes. You'll soak in tons of Vitamin D.Ash, I'm going to try to up my Vitamin D. We'll see what happens...Mitra

Interesting. Glad this helped you! I tried vitamin D therapy for a while as mine was low, but didn't notice anything. I wonder if I just needed a larger base dosage. I'll have to check my latest blood tests and see where I am at. Maybe I'll try this again.
