Bad Nightmare - Back Twitching Crazy

Well I just now had a bad nightmare cant remember what I saw in the dream but as you know when we wake up our heart starts pounding but this was a new one. My back from shoulder down was twitching like crazy like as if I had some massaging machine on my back. Lucky it lasted like 30 secs and went away. :eek: I am going back to sleep
 
wanderer - you already have the tennis ball so try this: take off your shoe, put it under the arch of your hurting foot, and step on it. Relax the foot around it and change positions front to back of arch. It will help your foot and calves. Do the other side too so you are not imbalanced.RainCat - you are such a baaaaahd boy.
 
Thanks ImOk for the tip. I will definitely do it if I get this again lucky it is much better today now I can walk without any pain. :)cheers
