Back from Vacation, Twitching Increases

I just got back from vacation. I went to the beach. Now, the 4 days I was there was great. Hardly any twitching at all. I can say around 20 twitches the entire time when normally I'm talking 100's and maybe on bad days 1,000. So, tell me know that I am home they are back full force. I just don't understand. How can they be so minimal then come back so bad? It's like they knew I was on vacation and all the stress was gone. This is some weird stuff.Leslie

Hi, Les! I think you hit the nail on the head. Vacation=relaxation=fewer twitches. Who wants to think about BFS on vacation? You're thinking about the beach, books, entertainment, friends, food, anything but twitches! Once at home, it's back to autopilot and more time to focus on twitching. Glad you had a good time!

It's almost like the twitches know I'm home. Sounds crazy but that is exactly how it feels. Maybe I should move to the beach??? This is all so frustrating!

Moving to the beach sounds like a great idea. Warm sand beneath your twitchy toes--Heaven!It is frustrating, but the frustration is 90% mental. If these symptoms had nothing in common with one of the most horrible diseases known to man, would we really waste our time worrying about them. I doubt it.
