Hi all,Still awaiting a neurologist's accurate translation of my EMG from over a week ago...frustrated is not the word!I just wanted to ask, in the mean time, that whilst I know BFS can be accompanied by pain...I don't really know how to describe the pain I am experiencing.Like I said, my left calf is a 24/7 hotspot- from the moment I wake to being asleep it is twitching. Now I keep finding that the sole of my left foot, the tendon at the heel of my foot and left calf is v painful. It sometimes gets a sense of a stabbing pain, but mostly it is a aching/ strained pain.I haven't done anything to have caused it. I went to my physio to discuss these sensations. Like I said before, this left leg is a little thinner than my right [noticeable if pointed out] and the knee feels under strain. The physio looked at my pelvis and decided it is out of alignment- not just lower on one side but also out of rotation on the left. So she gave me some stretches to do, so I will try that and see if that helps anything...but would this lead to hurting right down to my sole? Also, my twitching has increased- like I said, I get worried cause the twitching in my left leg is constant. But I do get some twitches in my right leg too. But I have found that I am getting many more twitches/ spasms in my left abdomen, left bicep and my chest and shoulders [perhaps also neck]Should I be worried that the twitches are more prevalent in one area and one side of my body? Also is the pain I'm experiencing typical of BFS?Thanks
