Avoiding Excessive B6 Intake for Special Situations

Maybe everyone already knows this, but folks like us with our super special situation would do well to avoid excessive B6.It's got nerve toxicity as a potential side effect, yet its found in a lot of foods, so Im not exactly sure how one would avoid it ... My memory escapes me as to who, but more than one person here has told me that B6 worsens their symptoms (either as part of a B Complex, Multivatmin, or alone).I'd kept it in the back of my mind until I finally had a chance to look into it, and high quantities of B6 are associated with adverse nerve problems. My multivitamin for some strange reason decided to put 3,750% more than the daily value of B6 .... in it. While keeping all the other B vitamins in reasonable ranges. Jerks. Since its all over most foods we eat maybe the best idea is to just avoid taking another boat load of it in supplement form.Im having a hard time finding a multi vitamin that doesn't have a ton of it in there.

Just a disclaimer on this one: Apparently some here *may* be dealing with low serotonin issues. Vitamin B6 plays a big role in improving serotonin levels in the body. So keep that in mind.
