After somone metioned this book I purchased it from Amazon and started reading it last night. Even after making it through just the intro I was amazed by what I was reading. It describes so many of the things we are doing to ourselves and it has concrete steps to help control health anxiety. I too believe that there is a real biological problem going on with BFS and that the anxiety aspect works its way in differently for all of us, but this book is amazing and I urge everyone to read it. The important thing to remember is that we may never stop having symptoms, but if our attitude and anxiety is 50-80 percent of the problem then controlling it is real improvement. I said to myself what is worse the twithcing or the obsession and fear! It is the obsession and fear.
