Hi LindsayIt happens to me all the time. The doctor said something like that could be caused by a vitamin B12 deficency but my B12 levels were fine. I also get the hands and feet pins and needles all the time and now I'm even getting pins and needles feeling on my neck and scalp. The doctors I've seen here in BC just do not seem interested in getting to the cause of my symptoms. I usually go into the office and tell the doctor that I'm concerned that a certain condition might be my problem and could he order this or that test, but when the test comes back negative he doesn't suggest any other tests. It's seems like it's up to me to find out what's wrong and then ask the doctor for the necessary test. I guess they are just too busy to devote a lot of thought to one patient. But yes, I've had what I call that goosebumps for no reason feeling for about nine months now.Sandra
