got to ask, if someone has, since bfs started, easily falling asleep limbs. E.g. if I cross my leg, within minutes it´s fallen asleep. Also if I put my arm on a certain position like hold up the elbow on the desk it hurts and then falls asleep. Especially one night I woke up and my hole arm up to the elbow was numb. Really shocked me, as it took minutes to use it as usual.also someone experienced kind of electrical shock along the nerves. E.g. if I move my arm quickly in any certain position, it can come to an "electrical shock" from my shoulder down to my fingers. Also for my feet, if I cross them, feels like the limb cracks and then get an shocking feeling. also more ankle cracking since bfs started. someone is with me, in this sensations?

I just posted the other day that I got an electric shock along my nerve in my arm. Some people felt that this was a sign of a pinched nerve.

I always have this "electrical shock" type feeling down my one side. It's the side I have sciatica problems on, so it's hard for me to tell if that's the cause. My hands fall asleep too, and feel heavy sometimes. I have yet to be formally diagnosed w/ BFS yet, but it's going in that direction.I think what you are experiencing are normal symptoms of BFS (from what I have read!)Andrea

I definitely feel like my limbs fall asleep much more easily. It hasn't happened a lot lately, but it happens more frequently at night, and sometimes after I drink coffee. I actually noticed this increase in limbs falling asleep about 8 months before I started twitching. It is an interesting phenomenon....

Yep, unfortunately, this can also come with getting older. I'm seriously struggling with this getting older thing...I'M GOING TO BE 29 YEARS OLD IN JANUARY O - M - F - G!!!!! Ugh :( :( :crying: ~*~Amy~*~

I have the electrical shock type feeling in my arms once and awhile. It is annoying...Seems to happen at random. If my arm falls asleep and then I stretch it, o man. Do I get electrical shocks then.Going to my neuromuscular consult on Thursday. I am fairly scared, but hopefully this will put my mind at ease...
