Mine (mainly my left shoulder, tricep, and sometimes forearm) buzzes, vibrates, and twitches on and off for periods but not constantly. When I've asked the neuros I've seen about it and the difference, they say it is all part of the same thing--hyperactive nerves. What causes the hyperactive nerves is the big question. They say the Klonopin I take calms those nerves, making them fire less easily to fire. When the Klonopin starts to wear off, the sensations come back and when I take another pill they can be virtually non-existent. When the Klonopin is in or out of my system, I have the same mental state just not the same physical state. I'm not suggesting you take Klonopin unless your symptoms are painful and distracting to a normal life like mine but the fact that Klonopin impacts my symptoms so substantially helps to prove that these sensations are part of the same phenomenon at least in my case.Krackersones
