Appointment Results: No ALS!

Well I had my appointment today!! Nearly crawled out of my body by the time she took me back....This is the best part of the story " I had a fellowship for 10 years at SUNY where all I did was work with ALS patients... Never does it present with facs or twitches first." You don't have ALS...NICE!!!! I totally passed the clinical..but she is doing the EMG just to see if she can learn more about my twitch...She doubts she will see anything...but said sometimes you can learn about why it is there with EMG as well.....So there you have it!!! Happy Easter!! Thank the Lord!!! Thanks guys for your support...I will definitely be on this board a lot...OH and she said she thinks it is BFS...The only downer is that she says most SSRI's or anti-anxiety will make my essential tremor worse...She did recommend Clozo something for the BFS and tremors...but is sounds more like a sedative...

Great news! The "clozo" is probably clonazepam or klonopin (same thing) that many of us, including myself, use to help minimize the symptoms. Not a sedative. Similar to xanax (same drug class), but weaker.
