I get my normal twitches when at rest but i also get these odd movements in my shoulder and thighs when i flex my arm or leg. It's not like a normal twitch, it's kind of a slow spasm. When i unflex the arm or leg then it stops. I'm not overly concerned because i've had a a clean EMG in 3 of the 4 spots, but it's just very unusual and doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
