Anxiety Symptoms: What Do You Have?

As Johnny stated my anxiety is major as well, I have all kinds of weird crap going on right now. I feel like the floor is moving under me like it is waving slowly sometimes. Get the feeling like things are moving around me. I could go on and on...lol Randy

I know that this has probably been asked a hundred times or more but how many of you suffer from the constant throat clearing or felling like something is in your throat. I have been on this BFS journey for 6mos. now and it does not seem to be getting any better. I am currently taking Klonpin to help with my anxiety and it has helped in all aspects except for this throat thing. Does it get better with time or is this something I should be worried about. I have mentioned it to my (many) drs. and they don't give me any answers! Shelly

I had this felling like something is in my throat at the begging for few weeks, than somehow disappeared or maybe zoloft helped? right now I don't take any meds and sometimes these weird sensations are killing me. Plus, I don't have any fears in term of health but ?I'm so over sensitive, almost like I always check how i feel.

I have to count myself in on this one as well. I have ok days and some really scary days. Muscle tension in my legs and neck area, fatigue, swaying or rocking feeling, vision issues, sleep starts, and then the ever so fun and some days embarrassing (when they are in my face) twitches. Whats anxiety, whats BFS, is there a difference. I'm not sure I know anymore. The line has been blurred for me.Take care everyoneRobynn :D)

@ryans2u thank you for the reply. I am currently 6 mos into this and I can definitely correlate anxiety with the throat issue. It just comes on so suddenly it just really scares me. It is good to know that it will calm down in time. If you don't mind me asking....what are the current meds you are taking?

Hey guys -- it's very interesting that so many people are mentioning this "moving floor" phenomenon. I was experiencing something very similar - it felt sort of like I was walking on a floating dock. Id go to reach down for something in a cupboard and feel like the floor moved underneath me. At the time I was taking some SNRIs for anxiety (effexor). I decided that perhaps the medication was the culprit, and I cut my dose in half. Turns out that was a good move -- I haven't had that feeling since. It was almost instantaneous relief.Given how many of us are anxious just wondering if any of you guys are also on SNRI or SSRI therapy (paxil, zoloft, prozac, effexor, cipralex, etc)....could be contributing to the weird floor moving feeling....but maybe it was all in my head and its just a placebo effect, who knows....
