Anxiety over Fasciculations

HiIm worry again.  In the post "Why i dont have als part1" Aaron says:"A finger moving as if you are tapping your fingers is NOT a true fasciculation! A true fasciculation will move only a tiny little part of the finger of which you most likely won't even feel, not the whole finger, especially at the joints as if "you" are actually movng it yourself"Everynight before sleeping and every morning before to get out the bed,  when i have my hands on my body, I always feel a tiny part of my fingers (the pinky, index or an other fingers) moving.  As he said it's not the whole finger. Actually i just feel it because my hand its on my body.Someone has experienced that? Im so afraid again :(

I also have my fingers and toes move all of the time. One of my toes is actually moving back and forth for the last hour. What you describe doesn't sound out of the ordinary for BFS, I too have all kinds of weird things happen to my body, especially when laying in bed to go to sleep.
