Anxiety: Dealing with the Twitches and Pain

Just when I think I am getting a handle on my anxiety something happens to bring me back to the beginning. the twitches do not bother me so much so more as the things that go with it. My right arm has had pain for the past two months. Sometimes it feels crampy but most of the time its just a chronic pain. Weird things keep happening with this hand. This morning when I was laying in bed my ring finger just started to move back in forth on its own. It stopped, but what is this? Is is clonus, a tremor? anyway, thanks for letting me vent.

Nope, this is simply a twitch that triggers your finger to move. I have that both in my fingers (especially thumb and index) and my toes. This is extremely common, nothing to worry about, really.As for the cramps/cramp like feeling - classic BFS as well.Relax
