Anxiety and 8 Months of Twitching

After almost 8 months of twitching (i dont have a constant twitch anywhere, just random pops and bumps / flutters etc all over when at rest) i've never had an EMG or a diagnosis of BFS either, but I have seen a neuro for a physical and brain MRI in january this year, however i have had a diagnosis by several docs - anxiety - particularly health anxiety and i have had CBT recently and for the last 2 months it's been great, no worries about the twitching then this last week I had a cramp in my left foot on the inside / instep near my big toe, it was really painful but only lasted about 30 seconds and since then the left foot has been having sharp cramp like pain that comes and goes throughout the day but doesn't go into a full cramp? The same cramp like pain started the next day in the right foot in exactly the same place, but luckily no full on cramp in that foot as of yet.I can still walk run etc but the cramp like pain is there even if i'm sitting or walking and again comes and goes, is this part of bfs or maybe it's something else? I don't feel anxious and my anxiety has been low, i take a multivitamin everyday and i've tried magnesium for the last two weeks, i can feel my anxiety starting to rise now tho :(

Hi thereI don't think you need me alarmed by your symptoms. If you go through some of my old posts, you will find that I developed foot cramps about a year into my BFS. It's not so bad these days although still there to some extent.RegardsSimon

Thanks Simon, it was just starting to worry me as it seems to have gotten worse over the past week and both feet feel like they could cramp at any moment, i have ofcourse had foot cramps before from playing football for hours but never had this sharp pain in my feet like a pre cramp.I hope it goes away and i'll have to try and find something to distract me...

Any update on the foot cramps? I've been getting them lately. Been twitching for 3 months in calves and feet. Calves, ankles and feet have strange sensations. Just curious if your condition improved. Thanks!
