Antipolymer Antibody Assay for Fibromyalgia?

Does anybody know about this blood test :The antipolymer antibody assay is a blood test. Antipolymer antibodies are present in approximately 50% of patients with fibromyalgia. This biologic marker may provide conclusive evidence for a subgroup of people with fibromyalgia. I found out about it on emedicine, apparently it's a new marker for definite fibromyalgia but i never heard about it before. I thought it might be of interest as many of us have fybormyalgia-like symptoms besides the spasms.

I read about that before, but I do not know which doctors do that test. And as only 50% show it, I think it's even less clear than the usual Fibromyalgia criteria like tender points and vein test.
