Answer: Internal Tremor Symptoms After Exercise?

I've read that some folks here have had some sort of internal tremor(?). I have had a feeling in my right arm, in the bicep mainly, that FEELS like it's shaking but I can't see any movement nor feel any shaking/twitching on the surface. It sets in right after I finish my first set of push-ups. I have also just experienced a feeling where I was jolted awake just as I was dozing off and my entire body felt as though it was shaking--but again, no visible movement. Heart rate was normal, too.

What in the wide world of sports is this nonsense now???

On top of this, the hot spot in my right arch had gone dormant for nearly 24 hours--until late this afternoon. Only now, the twitch returned as a rapid flutter. I thought at first I had a bug in my shoe because I hadn't felt this before. I even took my shoe off and banged it on the side of my desk--I told my astonished secretary to just call me Khrushchev. Of course, I quickly realized that I was feeling that @#%$ twitch again, only in a different format. It still flutters once every 5-10 minutes, for about 10-15 seconds. And of course the buzzing and pain have returned.

What are these weird "internal" sensations? Has anyone found a way to stop one of these "flutters"? It's right in the arch and really maddening--and of course, as my friend Mr. Anxiety would say, worrisome. Any ideas?

It is just a matter of time until it goes to another part of your body...great news huh! Anyhow it is normal to have these sensations at least it has been in my case. I would think you have been cleared byyour neurologist. It's normal in BCFS/BFS. I got that way when I first statrted this BCFS Bull Shyt. Now it has not been around for some time but I know eventualy it will be back but then it will move on. This is the way it will be with you. Welcome to your new body. You just get use to it and learn to deal. It gets better.

This actually sounds like one of the many symptoms I've had before that worry me, but when I really think about it, they are hard to describe, and I can't really find anything that says they are symptomatic or any kind of disease. I usually just let myself be puzzled about it for weeks or months and it eventually goes away and I have no idea why.
