Annoying Hot Spots: Calf Twitching

Hey all. Where you had your most annoying hot spot? I twich in my calves 24/7, but the twitches are so small I barely see them when too look. Well, I keep twitching there constantly on random places on calves, like every few second, but those twitches are so small I don't mind when I don't think about it. I had them for few months now though.Well, what annoys me, I also have a hot spot on my left temple... It doesn't twitch constantly, but really really often... And it is really uncomfortable feeling... I just hope it will disappear soon! I really think I would lose my sanity if it was more intense! *Laughs*Well anyway, where is/was your most annoying hot spot?

I have them too 24/7 in both calves: every second! Even more than one a second at different places. They drive me insane for 10 months now.

left calf 24/7, but hands down the most annoying hot spot is the tongue, I challenge anyone to focus on any task at hand with your tongue jumping around in your mouth, thankfully the episodes usually only last for a couple of weeks

In fact, they are the only ones I've had that I can say as of now are gone. Any ideas on why this is so.
