I get ankle twitching and pain. I get the twitching on the top of my foot, at the base of my toes. This goes on for days at at time. My calf is also cramped too. I noticed today, I had to go to a conference instead of teaching all day and guess what???????????????? No cramp in my leg. It will be back tonight after running around and chasing my kids. I does reassure me that I do have times where there is no pain and cramping (when I haven't done too much walking). However, in my heart, I know it's coming!
