Advice needed on cramps

Okay not having a great day. Today was the third time I went to the gym this week. I seemed to be having really bad cramps in the same dang leg I'm having problems with. I started having them last night and took some advil before I went to bed. Then this morning i went to the gym, worked out fine, and then the cramps got worse.

Not the charley horse type cramps. (I used to have those pretty bad in my toes and feet but that has subsided) These are the growing pain cramps the type you get when you are a kid.

Should I be concerned NOW. My leg is killing me. Maybe the working out is a little too much.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
