Actual Strength Beyond Perceived Weakness

I've been a 24/7 calf twitcher for 2.5 years now. My wife talked me into running a 10 mile race with her this past weekend. With no training or anything I ran the whole thing and finished in 1 hr. 41 min. I guess that's not bad for a guy who still thinks he's dying about half the time.:). Just thought I'd share. Seems my Percieved Weakness ain't nothing compared to my Actual Strength when I put my mind to something....

Great news!it is practically a perfect illustration of the fact that theer is often huge gap between WHAT WE THINK WE ARE and WHAT WE REALLY ARE ;)))
