Accepting BFS and Foot Cramps

Hi all, I am actually getting to the point where I am not as fearful and am accepting BFS. I haven't quite let go of my Parkinsons fear yet since my mom died with it a couple of years ago. My question is has anyone had foot cramps where the toes stiffen and move during a cramp? I have had that the last couple of nights and just wondering if anyone else experiences that?

Yes, but I have had that even before my BFS started. I am not even sure we can correlate foot cramps with BFS, because they are so common and have so many various causes.

You are in company with the entire, general population. Everybody has had foot cramps, everywhere. I can promise you that. I don't know a person who hasn't. So don't stress and drink lots of water!
