A Year-Long Battle with BFS

Hello everyoneThis is my first post. I am here for the first time and I want to thanks everyone for sharing with experience in BFS. This is very strange disease. I started with twiching over 1 year ago and i have been fighting all this time with some results. I remember the time when my symptoms increased so much and I know that it can drive people crazy. I am almost convinced that it was increased by huge stress and overload (fatigue). Last time I read the Louise's L. Hay Book called You Can Heal Your Life. She believes that all disease are made by our mind (psyche) caused by wrong thoughts. All our anxiety, fear is located deep inside of our subconsciousness mind. If we want to heal our live the best way is start to heal our wrong thinking schemas. If our disease is neuro system she claim that we should change our communication with other people. This can be very interesting. Have you ever noticed any anxiety to communicate with people ?Have you ever read this book ? What do you think about this idea ?

I read this book years ago and really liked it. I remember her being on the Oprah show once, too. I had not thought to look up what Louise Hay had to say about neuro issues. And, YES, I do have anxiety when communicating with other people. That's one of the reasons I am a librarian. I like people to approach me as opposed to something like sales where I would have to approach others. Funny, though, I have had NO anxiety when communicating how disabling these neuro issues are to docs. Maybe this was the lesson I was supposed to learn--asserting myself more. Thanks for giving me something to think about.Terri

Some may benefit if your twitching is only anxiety related, however mine is systemic.... i could read it a dozen times and it wont make a difference for me.
