A Happy Time despite Irony & Twitching

Yes, ironically, it is indeed a happy time! I think back to one year ago when I was panic-stricken, in and out of scans, neuro exams, and a multitude of scary web sites. Here I am, one year later with a daggone case of early pnemonia/sinus infection and the twitching has increased tremendously--ironically just the exact timing of my last infection when I believe all of this kicked off.
But, the good news is I don't even care one bit. I am sooo happy that I have passed that one year mark and do not have any other significant symptoms. Take heart, all newbies, the day DOES come when your worries diminish, promise. Not symptom free, but loving life to its fullest!

Congratulations!!! I, too, reached the one year mark mid-september. It is bitter-sweet for me, though. I, too, look back at a year of tormenting myself with horrible thoughts; many, many neuro appts. with many different neuros. and endless searching for more information. I have learned a lot about myself through this experience and while doing so wished the past year away. And, it will be a year I never forget. If only I had found this website sooner!!!! I thought I was the only one out there. Congratulations, and I hope the scary thoughts never enter your mind again.
