So summarise though her neuro said that if she had come in complaining of twitching at under one month he would have investigated it. He said the key point was that twitching without weakness over this time span was not ALS. She has been twitching 14 months.
My neuro in February told me a similar thing. He said within 3 months a detectable clinical weakness would be evedent. i.e one that you would notice yourself.
In BFS or BCFS twitching can get worse. My neuro also told me this. I have had calf twitching for 10 years, but since this February it is much, much worse.
