6 Years Journey With Fasciculations

I started with fasciculations 6 years ago. They eventually went dormant until a month ago. I started getting cramps in my feet, predominantly my right one and made the mistake of investigating *** on the internet and have got myself scared to death. So now after 6 years I have fasciculations and cramping and strange overall feelings in my right foot. I would love to hear others with the same symptoms that can offer hope.

My feet (especially the left) do the same thing. It is when I am laying down flat and my feet are extended.

I have never, ever visited an ***website. I think the information can be misinterpreted.

Cramping in feet and calves is very common amongst the general population. You don't have *** after six years of twitching. If you had ***, your cramps would be severe, non-stop, and accompanied by extreme weakness.
