This past Sunday (March 6) marked my 6 month "anniversary" with bfs. My twitching continues, but it's more subdued and I seldom really notice it any more. I still have days when I feel fatigued, and the fatigue usually appears in either both legs or my right leg and right arm. The fatigue usually leaves as quickly as it came. It's sometimes worse on cold or damp days. I'm still on Zoloft (25mg/day) and I think that's a good thing. I've gained back every single ounce I lost over the summer from anxiety. At the rate I'm going, I may just break 140 lbs! I've even put some back on my waist.
(As I'm writing this, my left bicep started thumping!

Moreso than ***, the specter of MS seems to creep in from time to time. That's what triggered my initial health anxiety last summer. I just keep remembering that I had numerous neuro exams, numerous blood workups by both a GP and a neurologist, an MRI with contrast, thorough physical, and conduction tests and EMG on both legs -- ALL CLEAN! If I had either disorder, things would have progressed in the six months that have elapsed.
I continue to exercise and I'll soon start walking regularly again as the weather warms up and the days get a bit longer. I've loaded my iPod with tons of new music (I've discovered I love new age -- Yanni, Nicholas Gunn, David Arkenstone, etc.) so I can walk and listen at the same time.
I'm looking forward to taking a five week leave of absence from work this summer. I'm planning to get a camper and going away for a while.
It's amazing how even with all the reassurance I've been given and all the positive feedback here on this forum, the anxiety thing can still sometimes creep up on us and make us temporarily wonder if we're really okay. WE ARE! We just have to remember that!
