5 Years into BFS: An Update

Hello, I am an old timer here and don't post too often anymore. I am 5 years into BFS and wanted to let you all know I seldom twitch anymore and if I do I pay it no nevermind! It did not progress into anything sinister. Thanks to all on this forum who helped me when I was anxious early on. Hope you are all doing well.
