4 Months of Twitching: Help!

Question for all: 4 months of twitching pretty much non-stop back of my legs (mostly left) and now all over my feet top and bottom. This accounts for 80% of them. I get the odd break when i'm moving around (they either decrease & i can't feel them as much) but i know there if i check i can see them. The other twitches are random throughout (thigh, back, hand). I would get the odd Myoclocnic Jerk from time to time but now i've noticed eveytime lay down i'm getting 5-10 jerks consistently if not more. The jerks are whole body, move my leg, move my arm , shoulder etc...Are these still Myoclonic Jerks or something else? Is anyone else having these consistently? It states on-line that they are harmless but it they increase they should be reported to the Nero. I told my Nero about it and he didn't think much about them...but i've never had it this bad and its worrying Thanks

One other question Do you know if head parastesia is a bfs symptom I sometimes get tingling sensation in my head that lasts for a few seconds then goes away But can so happen a few times in a row Thanks

Hey mate, surprised you didn't get any answers.Same issue that things happen after seeing the neuro and we think we need to go back because it hadn't happened before, heh.The twitching sounds nothing unusual at all, standard BFS. Everything online says you should report it so don't take that information to stressfully. If you have a cough that doesn't go, report it. It's all the same. In regards to the parasethia, it can be anywhere and it is a bfs symptom :)The myoclonic jerks... Man I wouldn't stress about these are all. My partner for example who has nothing wrong always gets them all the time. I think if you worry about them they will definitely happen a lot. You're body will be almost tense expecting them. You need to convince your mind that they are nothing when they happen and be able to laugh about them.
