Hi,Just wondering if any other 24/7 calf twitchers see a huge increase of sensory symptoms/ pain when not sleeping enough? I have been missing out sleep lately and have noticed my left leg is incredibly prone to thumpers, aches and feels very very weak and tired any input on this? Or why it happens? Thanks,Darr

I notice that with lack of sleep from stress, drinking, kids being sick, etc that I get large increase in the overall level of pain and ache that I have in my legs. I can notice it when I drive a car or do mundane things. My legs will feel more tired and ache, almost like a 'restless legs' type of feeling but with pain included. I do notice that when i exercise and walk and get good sleep that the ache seems to come much less frequently. I would like to say 24/7 in my calves, but I will get a break on occasion. Very rare, but it does happen, they just EMG'd my most active calf two weeks ago. Silent.

Oh yeah, I've been having calf twitching problems lately accompanied with VERY BAD sleep. As a result, I feel tired all day long and overall weaker. My twitchy leg also feels more crampy and sore. Actually I've been having sleeping issues since the onset of BFS. I'm sure the lack of sleep aggravates my symptoms. It's a vicious circle...
