But i was ofcourse still cuncernd about my symptons .. and searched , and searched till i drive myself nuts for it .. and searched over twitching and beceme on asl , ms and a lot of other neuro disseses ...
well i went back to see my doc and told how concernd i was about my healthy and he looked at me and sad that everythinhg is fine whit me its was all anxiety and stress related , so whitin a week i go and see an shrink who will help me whit some big problems from my past .. and my hypochondriac i guess .. well here is a list of my symptons :

1)twitching for about 6 months whit good and bad days but when i am not paying any atantion on it it will calm down ..
2)sometimes buzzing in left foot
3)history of tremors

Hi Bianca,

Welcome to the group. I can sympathize with a lot you said. I suffer from general anxiety also and one twitch for me led me on an internet search, up came the bad stuff, convinced myself that I had a terrible disease and all over twitching started right after. My anxiety level has been out of this world. Dr. says I'm fine also, but guess if the mind does not want to believe it, it's hard to convince ones self that it is so. I've had it since May, have done every kind of self test imaginable to keep proving to myself that I am no worse. I've gotten better and like you, the less I concentrate on it, the better I feel though it's not completely gone. I too, see a therapist, not sure it does much for me though, I've been down this road before with therapy, it's helpful to a point but I have to convince myself I am o.k. in the end. You're not alone.

Holland is beautiful from what I've seen in pictures!

Try some relaxation therapies to keep the blood pressure down! Feel well

I think we all can relate to your story. Your symptoms sound just like ours. BFS is common and will not hurt you. Mentally it is very hard for some of us (me included) to move on and accept that we are OK. Just hang in there and keep reading the posts on this site. Don't visit other sites about specific diseases. You will gain nothing positive from them!

thanx a lot everybody .. :D)
i think stress and anxiety can mimic a lot of symptons of some diseases .. I wish i never looked at the sites on internet like ms .. when you are high sensitive for reading those sites it can become in youre head and you will think you have it .. now i will pay attention on each single sign of my body where i earlyer never looked at , like headache and pains and ear ringing , dizzness and so on .. but those symptons will appear in a healthy person too says my doc .. and are very common .. i am now bizzy for not paying atantion on it any more .. i say time after time to myself : youre not weak , youre a yong woman who needs to take care for her son.. and be there for him .. and there are people out there who has cancer and other things that end up much wurse so , i 'll hope next week talking to my shrink will help for me .. :D) (sorry for my english sometimes hehe bit i'll try to make it sense for you hehe ;) )
So everyone take good care and i will reed youre post .
this is a very good side !!!! :p TAKE CARE

My twitching began two months ago after a very stressful period when I thought I had rheumatoid arthritis . . . I read an article on ALS waiting on my joint x-rays and woke up the next day with a twitching and buzzing left calf. I was also being treated for GAD and OCD at the time. I have a history of benign tremors as well. You sound alot like me and many of us here. I do believe anxiety triggers this in many of us -- maybe not all. If you have been twitching for six months with good and bad days, you are fine. Are you on anything for anxiety? Klonopin works wonders. Anyway, stay off the internet. If you get any more physical problems, just go to the doctor -- do not search or self diagnose. Oh, and anxiety can cause high blood pressure at the doctor's office.
