Catch ya on the flip side after this long twitching and her saying I am super strong and don't need too see you I am done guys time for me and my family

great news tripper, I am so happy for you. Once your anxiety gets less and less I am sure your twitching will get less and less, even if it does't go away completely. So I have been twtitchingh for 10 months....hope that is long enough to rule out you know what.....

I'm very happy for you, tripper. Not because you have been cleared of a disease we already knew you didn't have, but because it sounds like you got what you needed to move on with your life. Enjoy it!!

Good for you Tripper. Gonna hijack your post here to let people know how I'm doing (guess I'm kind of an oldtimer now).. As you know, I'm just about 30 now, been 3 years since this started, ok, in July it will be. Just letting you know that this thing really messed with me, and still does sometimes. However, I've gotten back into one of my favorite hobbies (bodybuilding). Since then I've went back up from my dwindling away 200 lbs and am back up to 230lbs . STRONG AS AN OX... Tried to get as strong as possible to make myself feel better. Squatting 500, benching 400 and curling 75 lb dbells for reps, 35 pull ups.. NOT TO BRAG (but it does make me feel good)... JUST LETTING ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN TWITCHING AS MUCH AS I HAVE, that you are OK OK OK. Working out has been my solace and sanity during this thing. And... some might say, we'll, you don't twitch as much as I do.. I'm here to tell you, I did, I do, and I probably will continue to twitch all over, everywhere, every day, every second, non-stop. You are ok.

Brian,I really hope you can move past this now. I know you have had a very hard time but you must believe it. Congrats on the good news.Leslie

Brian, this is sooooo good to hear :D) . You have it tough buddy ,and yeh it is about time to take some time focusing on the good stuff in life. Having said that, if you EVER need us, you know where to find us. BFS management is NOT an over night cure, and there are ups and downs- no doubt, But you have found the right road to start that journey to 'recovery' Well done!!!cheers Bud/take careRodger
