Hi,exactly 2 years ago after a bike ride my left calf started constantly twitching, after a few days I googled twitching as we all do and scared myself stupid. I found this forum and the people on here were a fantastic help and after 4 months or so I finally got to see a neurologist who then sent me for an EMG, the results showed fasiculation but nothing to worry about. It's now 2 years on and my calf still twitches 24/7 many times a second, cramps up from time to time but otherwise is fine apart from being slightly misshapen due to the constant activity. I saw a neurologist recently about the cramps and he gave a diagnosis of BFS.I am now stronger and fitter than I have ever been and regularly cycle 60 -100 miles on a Sunday which sends my calf into hyperdrive but all is well. The purose of this mail is 2 fold;1. to thank again those who helped me through some really black times, without you guys I would have been in trouble.2. to give hope to those who are new to BFS, listen to those giving advice and believe what they say, you will get through these black days and move on with your life. Thanks and good luck to allPete
