2 Year BFS Journey Completed!

Hi everybody! Today i completed 2 yrs journey of bfs.Most of u must b remembering that i am a practising MD Physician.I am still fine with no neuro deficit .I can walk,run n can do every daytoday work.In my opd,i c good no of pts having benign fascics and looking at them, i get much reassurance.I do get random fascics,cramps,tremors,sleep starters n other things which u all get but d intensity has gone down also my anxiety n fear.I dönt want to do further investns-last emg 1 yr back was normal.Presently on drug venlafaxine 4 control of anxiety n mood.I am thankful to this board and its members for providing constant support .I will stop here,will c u soon !pl take care everybody!! Great to hear this! I'm half a year into this and am finally grasping fully the benign nature of BFS. Like you, the more people I share my experience with, the more I find there are many people who have benign facics. They just don't worry about them. Thanks for sharing your update. Its always nice to hear from MD's. Frances
