im 18, and have noticed that my hands are pretty shakey. theres just really minor constant twitching, not really visable unless i hold my hand up in the air and watch my fingers. ive noticed that when im really really nervous i get super shakey, to the point where other people can see it. maybe im just aways a little on edge and thats why i twitch? i dont really feel that stressed out about anything, but maybe its unconscoius. i sometimes get contractions in my middle finger, but its only happened a few times. i was reading up on ALS and it said slurred speach was a symptom? ive been noticing lately that i cant speak that clearly. its nothing too bad, im sure other people dont notice it. its maybe just SLIGHT slurring of my words. ill think of what im going to say, but when i comes to speaking it out it doesn't sound quite as crisp as id like. maybe im just noticing it now and nothings really different? i should also mention that i have ADD. and also, i just went through a 6 month pot-binge, but ive been sober for about 2 weeks. when doing the pot thing i can barely speak at all, so maybe im just recovering from this?
sometimes when im falling asleep my legs with jolt, whats that about!? anyway the main problem is the slight tremor in my fingers that never seems to go away. should i be worried or is it harmless? sorry for this scrambled mess of a post. and thanks in advance...
