14 Months of Breathing Issues - Stoma?

Have been twitching for nearly 29 months and have had 'breathing issues' for 14 months. Breathing issues manifest with inability to take full breath, bloating, fatigue after exercising, particularly when walking uphill, sweating etc.Is it generally considered, at 14 months, to be too long for something nasty, e.g. respiratory onset? I think it's hyperventilation, definitely, but I'm getting stomach/chest muscle twitching which is freaking me out.Any comments or observations welcome.

If you're having breathing issues, you should get it checked out. Maybe you have asthma? Many adults can get asthma. Now, respiratory onset which I think is ridiculously rare, I think you could rule out. Don't go to a neurologist, go see a pulmanologist (sp?). I think we all have twitching in our chests/abdomen. Are yours constant in those areas?Very likely, it's only anxiety/hyperventilation/etc. But, get it checked out and not with a neurologist.Mitra
