13-Month Neck Spasm After Flu Shot

My twitching started 13 months ago. Prior to my twitches I had a neck problem for two months. There is a loss of cervical lordosis in my neck, which means the shape of the cervical spine changed from c shape to reverse c, which was triggered by a muscle spasm in my neck. My neck problem started just three days after I ...received a seasonal flu shot. So I dont know if the flu shot is the root of all these problems. Or twitches are a result of the problem in my neck or because of pain medication/muscle relaxant medicines might have triggered these twitches. I really dont know

Interesting. My twitching began shortly after I received the H1N1 vaccine. And I had also taken flexerol for a neck injury not long before the twitching. I had thought about the vaccine causing this. I know vaccines can cause an autoimmune response in your body. Now maybe if I get another one, it will trigger things back to the way they were??? I wish!

My symptoms started weeks after getting the hepaitus immunization. I got flu like symptoms and then the twitching and other things began. I find it interesting because my mother got Mysthenia Gravis after getting a flu shot. I truly believe in my heart that the immunization started me into all of this. It has been seven years and I still have twitching and cramping.

Mine started after severe neck and spine stiffness (worst I have ever had) After visiting am amusement park like 5 times in 6 weeks. I must have injured my neck. An MRI of my spine showed a bulging disc, 3 bone spurs, and a problem with my spinal cord ( something I was more than likely born with) All of which two nueros said were all minor and nothing to worry about and they didn't think this was causing the twitching ( go figure) But I haven't had any type of flu shot or vaccine. I did however( just about a week before the bfs started and during my neck and spine pain and stiffness) experience tremendous fatigue along with a weak feeling in both arms and legs, like I was going to collapse, I also felt light headed like I was going to pass out. It was pretty scary.... I always wondered if it was some virus that attacked me. There is a lot of speculation about this being virus related, I think it's very possible....
