10 Months of Inexplicable Symptoms

Celebrating 10 months of complete inexplicable symptoms! I will say that my fasciculations have almost entirely gone away, except for this annoying upper and bottom lip twitch that gets worse with both mental and physical stress! Fatigue: check, vertigo: check, brain fog: check, days where I feel like I'm just dragging ass: check. All in all, I keep exercising, hitting the gym and pedaling mile after mile on my bike. Believe it or not, I feel 10x better than I did before, whenever I get some physical activity in, even on days that I'm really getting nailed by symptoms. I encourage everyone, as long as you can get up and move, try to get in some form of exercise. For me, riding my bike is what takes my mind completely off of what is going on with my body (and mind).I just want to say hang in there and thank you to all the healing words of understanding from the moderators and people in this forum!

Happy 10 months! I have just hit that mark as well. I, however, still have the constant twitching all over, even a new one on my deltoid that I've needed some help with just today. I completely agree with the exercise. I am in much better shape than I was 10 months ago. I have lost 25 pounds (intentionally I might add), gone down a couple of pant sizes and even ran a half marathon a few weeks ago. I feel the same way, if I can move today, I'm going all out!Cheers,Michael

Rock on Michael! Sorry to hear about new and exciting twitches, but congrats on the weight loss and marathon! Keep on truckin good buddy!
