Hi guys,its been 1 year since getting BFS. Everything seems to be calming down for me. my symptoms have greatly diminished. but when I though I was out, it comes back again. Has any one experienced hand/arm tremors before falling asleep? its happening more frequently.....also, has anyone found a good treatment or cure for hotspots?ive been having the meat under my thumb twitch really vigorously really fast almost like a strong ripple. it sometimes catches my thumb and that freaks me out
