    Newbie Experiencing Fasciculations

    Sounds quite normal to the kinds of things people on this site have. Most people on with BFCS have far more body parts affected. I would recommend immediately reducing your stress. Try some yoga or meditation for a week and get good sleep and see how things go after that. best wishes, Kevin
