I also took Lexapro before the twitching started and am with you on wondering about it. I take Celexa with great results I know it is in the same family as Lexapro but it works great for me, I have taken it for years and it was when I switched to Lexapro that all this started so I switched...

Ginny Hi! I am glad you are having a better day! I take Celexa for anxiety and it helps me a lot! I also every once in a while take Xanex if I am having a real bad panic day, and that really helps plus it seems to help with the twitching but I know that its addictive so I would not want to...

Ginny I think it sounds like you had a great visit, I have brisk reflexes also 3+ which is still in the normal range and my nuero said that as long as they are symetrical no worries at all! By the way I read in one of your posts that you have horses...so do I! Carolyn

It seems like when I try to get to sleep or if I wake up in the middle of the night I am twitching away... so nice to wake up to. C :rolleyes:

Thanks so much for your reply! In the month before my appointment this site saved my sanity.....the anxiety is crazy and we just need to trust in our Doc's, but then a new twitch or symptom and pow.....all the fear come back. C
