Yes probably BFS like me :)I have the same symptoms like you.Did you have a clinical exam?Can you see some dents in your muscle like me (thats nothing to worry about as far as i know)?

So i looked one more time on my feet arches.And I have one note... In my opinion your arches exactly the same.Difference in your pic is caused by lightning and point of view.

Anyone of you has something like spot on the side of the tongue?I have quiet too big tongue and inprints on sides.I bite my tongue mainly on my left side.

If babinsky was negative then you dont have UMN damage. Try to relax :)

Did you have clinical exam?Your Neuro could see some changes in your reflexes and some bad signs like Babinsky specially.Im not sure but i think that clonus is a sign of UMN damage and can occur only when you experience spasticity.

As far as I know twitching rarely is true fascics and fascics are so common (rarely means something deadly serious).If your clinical exam is good and emg clear then you dont have to worry.Maybe you should look for some neuropathy or metabolic disease.I twitch a lot in hands.

I back from neuro.He checked my reflexes and told me that they are awesome (normal).I dont have any patholigical reflexes/signs.Neuro told that my twitches (popping almost) arent true fascics and i am so young.I shouldnt be worry about a**.Now Im waiting for some blood test (b12, thyroid), emg...

I have a lot of paints. Mostly when my anxiety is high or after workout.I read that a** is painless thats true?I dont want to visit als sites anymore...

Should i be worry about it? I can easily relax my hand and fingers.I dont feel this tightness all time.My hand mobility is awesome.I can open jars and all kind of bottles by left hand evenI am not hypermobile.

Anxiety is killing me too. Im going crazy since february...I had obsession about atrophy and fascics.Now spasticity is my mainly problem...Pff... Its awful.Ofc i dont have any clinical weakness and confirmed spasticity.

I had single twitches from time to time, usually in my thighs and feet. But most of them are like a rapid bunch :D)I rarely can notice twitches in my calves.

Can spasticity occurs in forearm?When i move my fingers up and down in both hands then i can feel tightness in my left forearm.I noticed this a few months ago, im freaking about spasticity :(
