Hi everyoneI am 5 months into BFS ( 7 months if you include the eye twitch that seemed to start in all in January) I have mostly calf,feet/toe twitches with random thumpers every now and then, I also get a lot of Ulnar nerve problems, Neuro said that EMG didnt show any problem with the nerve so...

I get hands 'falling asleep' at night in bed, mostly left hand but right one sometimes and also my right foot keeps going asleep, I didnt have this before the twitching and other symtoms of BFS started so can only assume it is part of itI dont understand either whyIf anyone does it would be good...

Thanks again Matt, I suppose I am just a bit concerned that I am doing some damage to elbow nerves/elbow itself, I shall try what you have suggested and see what happens. This BFS certainly keeps us wondering what will happen next, never a dull moment :unsure:
