just back from the EMG the neuro said i am a 'perfect specimen' not so much as a single problem in the whole test. So it is definitely not the dreaded disease. Thank goodness for that, one perfectly clean EMG, CHECK! Learning to stop worrying about twitching, still a work in progress. :D)

I am booked in for my first EMG on Saturday just after lunch. I am feeling very anxious and I have noticed my symptoms have gotten worse the closer saturday has come. Can anybody help me with what I can expect during the EMG? Also how soon after the test did you know the results?
