How frequent symptom in case of ALS the presence of fasciculations every part of the body?

NCV was ok. Speed and intensity of electrical signals traveling along the nerves is ok. Normal F-wave latencies and amplitudoes. Polyneuropathy exclude. No one was able to say what causes it. Every docs (2 neuro docs) just said, we have to wait. It's drive me crazy!

The intresting is that, i have no other symptoms. No weakness, no pain, no atrophy, i just feel fasciculations everywhere in my body. Continously in calfs and less often other parts of my body. And the symptoms were suddenly appeared when i woke up. I fear!!!! Might it be ALS?
