PaulBrain tumours hardly ever present as headache. Thats a later symptom. And if you're AWARE of a vision disturbance (esp. if its a little "spot") its almost certainly ocular in origin (i.e. a floater most probably).Pressure feeling on top of head is nearly always tension headache.

For what its worth thats exactly my symptom pattern. Sitting in office chair feet on floor, and that sets the calves off immediately.
