I think they'd have to hook the Botox up to an IV and paralyze my whole body ;) . It may help those of us who have definite hot spots that refuse to go away for months, though. Unfortunately for me, one of my hot spots is my middle finger on my left hand.... wouldn't want to paralyze that one...
