hI kARIN just letting you know i twitch in my jaw right were the joint is heaps ,sometimes for days and sometimes not at all.I do understand what you mean about not being able to feel them,sometimes i dont notice a twitch but my jaw feels kind of tight and then when i touch it i can feel it...

Hi Mark, Today just like you have in my right hand and pinky. As soon as I flex or squeeze my right hand and fingers my pinky and the side of my hand goes crazy, hopefully this will stop by tomorrow.Stretching often brings on twitches for me

Hi steve mate I get servere numbness & pins and needles in both my arms and hands mostly when I sleep to the point it wakes me.Then I will bent my neck to the right and down and it would instantly stop the pins & needles down the right side, then i would repeat the action on the other direction...
