    twitching when sleeping

    Very normal. I've seen it over and over again with my twin boys. Just noticed it yesterday w/ one of them. I think it's that moment when they are "truly" falling asleep. Kind of neat to watch actually...

    Julie, Just a couple things to add from what others have shared. I guess first, you may want to consider yourself lucky - yes, not the greatest thing to say...but relatively speaking, things could be worse, right?!?! Your twitching has been going on that long AND your neuro said all is clear...
