They are called myoclonic jerks and yes it is common with BFS. It was one of my first symptoms kept me from getting to sleep everytime I would close my eyes and drift off something would jerk. The bright side is though with time it seems to get better atleast for me it did. DStar :)

I have an elevated Igg and Igm. but thats to antiphospholipids. I am not sure what other tests I have had done. But that phospholipid one is an autoimmune disorder that affects you when you get pregnant. DStar

Hi Jen, Yes twitching can be caused by inflammation. I was told that atleast by my speacialist at the Cleaveland Clinic that is why they are sending me to another specialist at the clinic one with special expertise in Fibro. DStar
